Semi‑formal vibes: suits and ties encouraged, but comfort in the sunshine is key.

Our bridesmaids will be in pale pink, should you wish to coordinate or steer clear of the shade entirely.
Footwear
There are plenty of garden paths to wander, which are not stiletto friendly, so sensible shoes or a change of shoes is advised if you want to explore the full venue.

Policy on Children
We would love to include everyone, but due to venue limitations, we have chosen to only invite adults. We appreciate childcare may not be an option for very young children, so some exceptions may be made - numbers permitting.
Please be warned, there are a number of water hazards on site, so any small children in attendance will need to be supervised at all times.
There will be quiet spaces available for feeding and changing, as required.

Your presence is truly the greatest gift, however, should you wish to honour the occasion, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be sincerely appreciated, as we embark on our grand tour of Asia!

All guest names are clearly stated on the invite - no surprise plus ones please!
There is limited capacity at the venue during the day, however, we may have capacity for plus ones in the evening. If you're thinking of bringing an extra person for the evening celebrations, please confirm this with us in advance .

The main wedding party will be staying in the manor house on site the night before and after - feel free to pop in and say hello!
Local Options
The venue has four additional rooms on site, these are available for the night of the wedding at £175 per room. These rooms need to be booked with the venue, so please contact us if you are interested.
The Hunters Hall Inn is opposite the venue, rooms can be booked directly with Green King or via Booking.com.
For anyone interested in a very relaxing day before or after the wedding, the Calcot Hotel and Spa is 2 miles from the venue and offers a variety of spa treatments.
The Hare & Hounds Hotel in Westonbirt gets good reviews and is only 5 miles away, very near to Westonbirt Arboretum.
There are plenty of other lovely places to stay within a 15 minute drive of the venue - please take a look online. Nearby towns include Nailsworth and Tetbury.

If you are travelling by car, there is a large car park on site - it is a little hard for find and the sat nav may lead you astray, so have included a map below with an arrow to the car park entrance. It is down a wooded track just off the main road.
If you are coming from the East (Tetbury side) it will be on you right before the venue sign. If you are coming from the West (with the Hunters Hall Inn on your right) it will be a little after the venue on the left. Look out for a little event sign!
If you are staying at the Hunters Hall Inn opposite, they also have a large car park you can use.
